UNIT 2: Cells -Cell structure, animal cells and plant cells -Function of the different parts of the cells. -Tissues, organs and organ systems. UNIT 3: Movement in and out of cells -Diffusion. -Osmosis. -Active Transport. UNIT 4: Plant nutrition -Types of nutrition, difference between animal nutrition and plant nutrition. -Photosynthesis. Importance and limiting factors. -General structure of a plant. -Testing: starch, chlorophyll, and the importance of light. UNIT 5: Organisms and their enviroment -Ecology. -Energy flow. -Nutrients Cycles.
